Lesson learnt....
The mitre saw seemed to be out of alignment.
I had three things to check.
- Blade at 90 degrees.... Check
- Fence in alignment.... Check.
- Angle arm in alignment..... doh
Get out the set square and begin adjusting to ensure cuts from both sides are square.
After many hours and many things thrown in the shop I was so frustrated I was contemplating just buying another mitre saw... Daft I know.
In comes the Saviour (wife).
Is the set square.... "square"
What a daft idea... don't know what your talking about,,,,,
Nope the set square is not square therefore I have wasted countless hours trying to align to something that is not in alignment.
Lesson Learnt. Always listen to your wife...
