Handmade Wood Shelf from Reclaimed Scaffold Board with Steel Brackets

Handmade and finished in our Yorkshire workshop. The scaffold board wood is full of character and each piece will be unique. 

The steel brackets are hand made by an excellent craftsman and can be finished either powder coated black or left bare mild steel. 
 
The standard width of a scaffold plank is 22.5cm wide. 
 
All planks are sanded to a smooth finish. Further treated with Briwax with a selection of colour’s available. Contact us for more colour options. 
 
We offer a few sizes on the store but can accommodate any size from 30cm up to a full 3.0m if you really wanted. Just remember additional brackets may be required. 
 
Standard sizes on offer are: 
 
Small - 30cm 
Medium - 60cm 
Large - 90cm 
X-Large - 120cm 
XX-Large - 140cm

 
Each additional 10cm will add £10, plus £6 per extra bracket every additional 80cm 
 
All standard sizes will come with two brackets and fittings as required. The wall fittings supplied are for a sturdy wall. If fitting to plasterboard or similar, suitable fixtures will be needed. Installation is the responsibility of the customer.

Here at The Little Yorkshire Wood Company we take our time in selecting the right wood for each piece of handmade furniture.  Whether the wood is reclaimed or new we ensure that the character and look is unique and distinctive. Grain patterns, knots, cracks, nail holes, etc. are to be expected and admired. We believe this adds character and charm to each product. No two will ever be alike.  
 
We source our wood from sustainable lumber mills predominately in Yorkshire. Our reclaimed timber comes from various sources and are proud to use a local Wood Charity in Yorkshire to prevent wood from ending up on landfill. 
 
Our packaging consists of mainly recycled materials. Plus, any packaging we receive from suppliers is broken down and re-used. Please do not be surprised if your parcel arrives to see other branding. Waste not want not! 
 
Delivery is free to the UK Mainland only. We aim to despatch as soon as possible but in busy periods please allow 2 - 3 weeks for despatch.
